Sometime in 2016, Aakarsh sent a message to Amanda which she quickly ignored. After almost a year of his persistent messages, Amanda finally asked him when does he plan to take her on a date.

At some point in late 2017 we started going on dates and seeing each other regularly.

As young 22 year olds we start to make things official, continue going on dates exploring the city and finding affordable dates to go on.

Continue to spend time together, start to travel with each other across Ontario and other parts of the world.

We took a trip with our friends to Portugal to see Taylor Swifts eras tour, where we left on our own to explore Italy for a week after Portugal. Here in beautiful Lake Como Aakarsh got down on one knee and proposed.
